Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Colby Jack
Wraps
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Cook sausage until browned and drain excess grease.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Scramble eggs gently until just set.
  5. Fill tortillas with sausage, eggs, and cheese.
  6. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.
  7. Brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
