Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet.
- Lightly scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cut puff pastry into equal rectangles.
- Place egg mixture, cheese, and sausage on half of the pastry pieces.
- Top with remaining pastry, seal edges with fork.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving or storing.
