Brie Bites
  • 8 oz brie cheese rind removed
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 0.75 cup pistachios finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cut brie into cubes and chill briefly.
  3. Cut puff pastry into small squares.
  4. Wrap each brie cube in pastry and seal edges.
  5. Brush with egg wash and coat with pistachios.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool slightly, drizzle with honey, and serve.
