Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach and cook until wilted. Cool slightly.
- Mix spinach with feta, cream cheese, parsley, and black pepper.
- Cut puff pastry into equal squares.
- Place filling in center and fold to seal.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.

Keep pastry chilled for best results and avoid overfilling.
