Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Pastry
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach and cook until wilted. Cool slightly.
  3. Mix spinach with feta, cream cheese, parsley, and black pepper.
  4. Cut puff pastry into equal squares.
  5. Place filling in center and fold to seal.
  6. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  7. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.

Notes

Keep pastry chilled for best results and avoid overfilling.
