Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey 90% lean
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 0.25 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • parsley or cilantro chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, spices, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix gently.
  2. Form mixture into 4 equal patties, pressing a slight indentation in the center.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Cook patties 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 160°F for beef or 165°F for turkey.
  5. Let patties rest 3 minutes. Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve.

Notes

Add optional toppings like low-fat cheese or sliced jalapeños. Store cooked patties in the fridge for up to 3 days.
