Method
- Combine ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, spices, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix gently.
- Form mixture into 4 equal patties, pressing a slight indentation in the center.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook patties 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 160°F for beef or 165°F for turkey.
- Let patties rest 3 minutes. Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve.
Notes
Add optional toppings like low-fat cheese or sliced jalapeños. Store cooked patties in the fridge for up to 3 days.
