Ingredients
  

  • 4 sausage links fully cooked, sliced
  • 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread sweet potatoes on sheet pan; roast 15 minutes.
  4. Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic in small bowl for sauce.
  5. Add sliced sausage to sheet pan; drizzle honey garlic sauce over all.
  6. Bake 15–20 more minutes, tossing halfway through, until sweet potatoes are tender.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Toss halfway through baking for even caramelization; use parchment for easy cleanup.
