- Preheat oven and prepare cake pans.

 - Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks.
 - Layer cake with whipped cream and berries.
 - Frost top with whipped cream and decorate.

For extra stability, chill the mixing bowl before whipping cream.
