Method
- Spray slow cooker insert with nonstick cooking spray or lightly butter.
- In a large bowl, mix creamed corn, drained corn, cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, cheddar, eggs, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour mixture into prepared slow cooker and spread evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours until edges are set and top is lightly golden.
- Scoop into serving dishes and garnish with parsley or extra cheese if desired.
Notes
Check after 2 hours to avoid overcooking; slow cookers vary.
