Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Roll
  • 2 quarts vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough cubed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Offset spatula

Method
 

  1. Spread softened ice cream on lined baking sheet.
  2. Add cookie dough and s’mores mix-ins.
  3. Freeze until firm but pliable.
  4. Roll tightly using parchment paper.
  5. Freeze until fully set, then slice and serve.

Notes

Use a warm knife for clean slices.
