Snickers Stuffed Dates

Chewy Medjool dates filled with caramel, nougat, peanuts, and optionally drizzled with chocolate. Perfect sweet, healthy, and indulgent bite-sized treats.

Ingredients
  

Main
  • 12 Medjool dates pitted
  • 6 mini Snickers bars or chopped Snickers
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • optional: melted dark chocolate for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits if not pre-pitted.
  2. Mix cream cheese or almond butter with vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stuff each date with a small piece of Snickers and a spoonful of cream cheese mixture.
  4. Close the date around the filling, pressing gently to seal.
  5. Optional: drizzle melted dark chocolate over stuffed dates.
  6. Arrange stuffed dates on a serving platter.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator 10–15 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve as a sweet snack, dessert, or party appetizer.

Notes

Keep in airtight container in fridge for 3–4 days. Freeze for up to 1 month. Swap Snickers with mini chocolate bars or peanut butter cups for variation.
