Method
- Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs and combine with frosting to form dough-like consistency.
- Shape into small balls, forming two sizes per snowman.
- Stack balls with melted chocolate to create snowman shape and insert cake pop stick.
- Chill 15–20 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and shortening until smooth.
- Dip pops fully in coating and allow excess to drip off.
- Attach candy eyes, sprinkle nose, and decorate mouth/buttons.
- Add fruit roll-up scarf and let set upright until firm.
Notes
Refrigerate cake pops in airtight containers up to 5 days. Can be frozen undecorated for longer storage.
