Ingredients
  

Cake Mixture
  • 1 baked vanilla cake (9x13) cooled and crumbled
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting
Coating & Decoration
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 2 tbsp vegetable shortening for melting chocolate
  • mini candy eyes for face
  • orange sprinkles or mini chips for nose
  • black decorating gel for mouth and buttons
  • fruit roll-up strips or fondant for scarves

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Cake pop sticks
  • Styrofoam block or holder

Method
 

  1. Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs and combine with frosting to form dough-like consistency.
  2. Shape into small balls, forming two sizes per snowman.
  3. Stack balls with melted chocolate to create snowman shape and insert cake pop stick.
  4. Chill 15–20 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate and shortening until smooth.
  6. Dip pops fully in coating and allow excess to drip off.
  7. Attach candy eyes, sprinkle nose, and decorate mouth/buttons.
  8. Add fruit roll-up scarf and let set upright until firm.

Notes

Refrigerate cake pops in airtight containers up to 5 days. Can be frozen undecorated for longer storage.
