Ingredients
  

Coffee & Chai Base
  • 1 cup brewed coffee strong
  • 1 cup water hot
  • 1 bag black tea
Gingerbread Milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 0.25 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Brew coffee and steep black tea with spices.
  2. Warm milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, molasses, and vanilla.
  4. Combine coffee and chai tea in mugs.
  5. Pour gingerbread milk into mugs and stir.
  6. Top with whipped cream or cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Use oat or almond milk for a dairy-free version. Adjust sweetness to taste.
