Method
- Mix shredded imitation crab with mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.
 - Place sushi rice in serving bowls as the base.
 - Layer avocado slices, shredded carrots, cucumber ribbons, and edamame over the rice.
 - Top each bowl with the spicy crab mixture.
 - Sprinkle sesame seeds, add nori strips if desired, and serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
 
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of sesame oil or sriracha mayo on top.
