Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs 7 minutes for jammy yolks.
  2. Cool in ice water and peel.
  3. Whisk together gochujang sauce ingredients.
  4. Slice eggs and coat in sauce.
  5. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
