- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham crumbs with melted butter. Press into bottom of springform pan and bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
- Pour batter over crust and bake 50–60 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Melt chocolate and pipe concentric circles on cheesecake. Use toothpick to drag lines outward, forming a spider web.
- Chill until chocolate sets, then slice and serve.
Notes
Add a small chocolate or candy spider for extra spooky presentation.
