Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs or chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Cheesecake Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
Topping
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips for web design

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham crumbs with melted butter. Press into bottom of springform pan and bake 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
  3. Pour batter over crust and bake 50–60 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
  4. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Melt chocolate and pipe concentric circles on cheesecake. Use toothpick to drag lines outward, forming a spider web.
  6. Chill until chocolate sets, then slice and serve.

Notes

Add a small chocolate or candy spider for extra spooky presentation.
