Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
Pastry
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg

Method
 

  1. Sauté garlic and spinach until wilted, cool and mix with feta.
  2. Spread filling over half of pastry and fold over.
  3. Cut into strips and twist.
  4. Brush with egg wash and bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes.

Notes

Ensure spinach is dry before mixing to avoid soggy pastry.
