  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion chopped

  • 12 cannelloni pasta tubes
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with sauce.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, then brown the ground beef.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted; cool slightly.
  4. Mix beef mixture with ricotta and parmesan.
  5. Fill cannelloni tubes and arrange in baking dish.
  6. Cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  7. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly.
