- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with sauce.
- Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, then brown the ground beef.

- Fill cannelloni tubes and arrange in baking dish.
- Cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
