Ingredients
  

Cannelloni Filling
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Brown beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Mix with cheeses, egg, and seasoning.
  4. Fill cannelloni tubes and place in sauced baking dish.
  5. Bake covered, then uncovered until golden.

Excellent for freezing before or after baking.
