- Mix spinach, cheeses, sour cream, garlic, and seasoning until smooth.
- Shape mixture into sticks and freeze until firm.
- Coat sticks in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, repeating for double coating.
- Freeze again briefly to set coating.
- Fry, bake, or air fry until golden and crisp, then serve hot.
Notes
Freezing twice prevents cheese from leaking while cooking. Best served immediately with marinara or garlic dip.
