Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach cooked, squeezed dry, and chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional, for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix spinach, feta, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll puff pastry on a floured surface to smooth.
  4. Spread spinach-feta mixture evenly over pastry sheet.
  5. Fold pastry in half, then cut into 1-inch strips.
  6. Twist strips and place on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  8. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

Twists can be frozen before baking. Bake directly from frozen, adding 3–5 minutes to bake time.
