Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté garlic and spinach in a skillet until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Remove from heat.
- Roll out puff pastry. Spread spinach mixture evenly over pastry. Layer ham and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Roll pastry into a tight log, pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush top with beaten egg.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool 5 minutes. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm.
Notes
Assemble the night before for an easy morning bake. Add extra vegetables for variety.
