Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Filling
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup cooked ham chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp herbs parsley, chives, or thyme

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet or jelly roll pan
  • Skillet
  • Kitchen towel or parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
  3. Sauté spinach until wilted and slightly cooled.
  4. Pour egg mixture into baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until set.
  5. Sprinkle spinach, ham, cheese, and herbs evenly over baked egg sheet.
  6. Carefully roll the egg sheet into a spiral and place seam-side down.
  7. Slice and serve warm, optionally with sauce or extra garnish.
