- Melt butter, chocolate, and caramel in a saucepan over low heat.
 - Stir in mini marshmallows until fully melted.
 - Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and salt.
 - Stir in crispy rice cereal until well coated.
 - Scoop mixture onto parchment paper and shape into cookies.
 - Let cool and set for 30 minutes before serving.
