Method
- Season steaks with salt and pepper and let rest at room temperature.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks until golden on both sides, then remove and rest.
- Lower heat and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
- Return steaks to pan and spoon sauce over them.
- Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or pasta. Adjust garlic amount to taste.
