Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken skin-side down in a skillet until golden brown.
- Flip chicken and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Whisk together apple cider, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Pour glaze over chicken.
- Roast in oven 20–25 minutes, basting halfway.
- Combine slaw ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk dressing and toss with slaw.
- Remove chicken and let rest 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken with autumn slaw.
Notes
Best served fresh. Slaw can be prepped ahead and stored in refrigerator. Adjust glaze sweetness to taste.
