  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Toss beef with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  3. Sear beef in hot oil until browned, then remove.
