Method
- Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and chili paste in a bowl.
- Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 6 minutes.
- Pour sauce over beef and stir well.
- Add cornstarch slurry and simmer 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with chili flakes and pepper. Serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
Add extra chili paste for more heat. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds for authentic flavor.
