Method
- Wash strawberries and remove stems.
- Peel banana and break into pieces.
- Blend banana, strawberries, yogurt, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in oats and chia seeds if using.
- Chill mixture briefly until slightly firm.
- Scoop into small portions and roll into balls.
- Place on tray and freeze at least 2-3 hours until solid.
- Store frozen and serve in moderation.
Notes
Always ensure peanut butter and yogurt are xylitol-free. Serve frozen only and limit treats to 10% of daily calorie intake.
