Ingredients
  

Fruit Base
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 0.75 cup strawberries fresh, chopped
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt unsweetened, xylitol-free
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter unsalted, xylitol-free
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or small scoop
  • Freezer-safe tray

Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries and remove stems.
  2. Peel banana and break into pieces.
  3. Blend banana, strawberries, yogurt, and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Stir in oats and chia seeds if using.
  5. Chill mixture briefly until slightly firm.
  6. Scoop into small portions and roll into balls.
  7. Place on tray and freeze at least 2-3 hours until solid.
  8. Store frozen and serve in moderation.

Notes

Always ensure peanut butter and yogurt are xylitol-free. Serve frozen only and limit treats to 10% of daily calorie intake.
