Method
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep tea bags for 5 minutes. Discard bags and cool slightly.
 - Mash half of the strawberries to release juices; leave the rest sliced for garnish.
 - Stir honey or sugar into warm tea until dissolved.
 - Add mashed strawberries, orange slices, and lemon slices to tea. Mix well.
 - Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
 - Serve over ice with strawberry and mint garnish.
 
Notes
For sparkling iced tea, add sparkling water before serving. Adjust sweetness to taste.
