  • 6 taco shells
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup whipped cream optional

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fill taco shells with cheesecake mixture.
  3. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over filling.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries.
  5. Optional: add whipped cream or drizzle chocolate sauce.
  6. Chill 30–60 minutes before serving.
