- Wash and hull strawberries, then dice into small pieces.
- Seed and finely chop the jalapeños, adjusting quantity for desired heat.
- Dice the red onion and chop fresh cilantro.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine strawberries, jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice, honey (if using), salt, and optional lime zest.
- Gently fold ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Let salsa rest 10–15 minutes at room temperature to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips, grilled meats, tacos, or salads.
Notes
