Ingredients
  

  • 6 apples Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 16 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • 24 golden Oreos crushed
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries crumbled
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 6 wooden sticks for apples

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Tray with parchment paper
  • Wooden sticks

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry apples. Insert sticks into tops.
  2. Pulse Oreos into crumbs, mix with strawberries and melted butter.
  3. Melt white chocolate in microwave until smooth.
  4. Dip apples in melted chocolate, let excess drip off.
  5. Roll coated apples in strawberry crumble, pressing to stick.
  6. Chill on parchment-lined tray for 20 minutes, then serve.

Notes

For variety, try milk chocolate instead of white, or add rainbow sprinkles to the crumble for kids’ parties.
