Ingredients
  

Cake
  • 4 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients and bake 10–12 minutes.
  4. Roll warm cake in powdered sugar towel and cool.
  5. Prepare cheesecake filling and strawberry mixture.
  6. Spread filling, add strawberries, re-roll, and chill.

Notes

Chill thoroughly before slicing for clean presentation.
