- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
- Fold in dry ingredients and bake 10–12 minutes.
- Roll warm cake in powdered sugar towel and cool.
- Prepare cheesecake filling and strawberry mixture.
- Spread filling, add strawberries, re-roll, and chill.
