  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey adjust to taste
  • 0.5 bean vanilla bean seeds scraped
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Combine strawberries, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla seeds, and ice in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust thickness with additional milk or ice.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Frozen strawberries can be used for thicker texture.
