  • 3 ripe peaches sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 2 tsp honey optional
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash all fruits and berries. Slice peaches, strawberries, and kiwis as needed.
  2. In a large bowl, gently toss peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and honey, toss gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle fresh mint leaves on top and serve immediately or chill briefly.

Notes

For extra texture, add granola or toasted nuts before serving.
