  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise Japanese preferred
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Combine mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Mix until fully blended and glossy.
  4. Adjust spice or consistency as desired and refrigerate before use.
