- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
- Bake crust 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk sweet potato filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour filling over warm crust.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool completely and refrigerate before slicing.
