Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
Filling
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled.
  2. Prepare garlic herb butter and roll dough into rectangle.
  3. Spread butter and cheese, roll into log, slice, and twist.
  4. Place in loaf pan, rise again, and bake until golden.
