Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup sugar-free sweetener granulated
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar-free sweetener until fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until dough forms.
  6. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  8. Bake 10–12 minutes. Cool before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake for best texture.
