- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar-free sweetener until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until dough forms.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes. Cool before serving.
