  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs parsley or basil

Method
 

  1. Slice or dice tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic to the tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and optional vinegar or lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle in chopped herbs and toss to combine.
  6. Let sit for a few minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
