  • 1 banana small, frozen or ripe
  • 0.75 cup light coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based alternative
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

  • shredded coconut or coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. Add frozen strawberries, pineapple, banana, coconut milk, yogurt, and honey to a blender.

Notes
