Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.75 cup pumpkin purée
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sage dried

Method
 

  1. Mix turkey meatball ingredients and form meatballs.
  2. Brown meatballs in skillet and set aside.
  3. Prepare pumpkin sage sauce in same skillet.
