  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Beat wet ingredients, fold in zucchini and dry mixture.
  3. Pour into loaf pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Chocolate chips are optional; can add nuts for extra texture.
