Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Vampire Swirl
  • 0.25 cup raspberry preserves seedless
  • red food coloring as needed

Method
 

  1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Spread fudge mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  5. Mix raspberry preserves with red food coloring until deep red.
  6. Dollop red mixture over fudge and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  7. Refrigerate until fully set, about 2 hours.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For cleaner cuts, wipe knife between slices.
