Method
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Spread fudge mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- Mix raspberry preserves with red food coloring until deep red.
- Dollop red mixture over fudge and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Refrigerate until fully set, about 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.

For cleaner cuts, wipe knife between slices.
