Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
Cranberry Topping
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Crackers or sliced baguette

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Spread softened cream cheese evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine cranberries, brown sugar, honey, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Toss well.
  4. Spoon the cranberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes, until cranberries soften and the dip is warm and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with rosemary or extra cranberries if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with crackers, baguette slices, or pretzels.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture. Reheat gently in the oven if needed. Add chopped pecans for crunch if desired.
