  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup apple peeled, finely diced
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.

  6. Fold in diced apples and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop onto sheet and bake 10–12 minutes.
