Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Large saucepan
  • Mixing spoon
  • 9x13 baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt.
  4. Stir in cereal until coated.
  5. Mix in half the white chocolate.
  6. Press into pan, drizzle remaining chocolate, add sprinkles.

Notes

Do not overheat marshmallows to maintain soft texture.
