  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans halves, toasted
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Fold in toasted pecans and dried cranberries until evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form clusters.
  6. Allow clusters to cool and set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Toasted nuts enhance flavor. Clusters can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for longer shelf life.
