Ingredients
  

  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh, chopped

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  2. Mix in egg, lemon zest, and juice.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix gently.

  5. Bake until edges are set and centers soft.

Notes

Do not overmix after adding raspberries.
