- Brew coffee and let cool.
- Melt white chocolate and let cool slightly.
- Beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold melted white chocolate into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee and layer in serving dish.
- Spread mascarpone cream over ladyfingers and add raspberries.
- Repeat layers and top with cream, raspberries, and chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen raspberries. Make ahead for best flavor.
